During Stage 1, the taught component comprises six modules, each completed through a four-day intensive workshop, developing critical and reflective skills at the doctoral level. Action learning, an integral part of the DBA, involves working in small development groups. In Stage 2, the research component involves collaborating with a supervisory team to design and implement an original DBA project over a two-year part-time period.
