Project and Risk Management- Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)

COURSE OVERVIEW

With regards to project management, Agile is the most emerging trend. This is even though the marketplace has taken into cognisance the power of agile, as project management practitioners have warmed up towards it as a tool for successful project management over the years.

PMI-ACP certificate acknowledges the person’s proficiency in Agile practices in their projects and by professional competency and through Agile tools and techniques. In addition, the PMI-ACP certification has a higher level of professional credibility, requiring a mix of agile training, experience working on agile projects, and examination of agile principles, practices, tools and techniques.

The global certification also satisfies individuals in fulfilling the needs of organisations that depend on project practitioners and utilise various methods in Project Management.

The PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) certification confirms your understanding of agile principles and familiarity with the agile technique. You will be seen to be even more outstanding to your employers, stakeholders and colleagues.

The PMI-ACP embraces almost every agile approach like Scrum, Kanban, Lean and XP. So it will make you adaptable, no matter the project you work on.
